A Simple CPAP Cleaning Schedule

A cleaning routine worth saving. Keep the cushion clean so it seals well, use a soft toothbrush on the small vent holes, empty and refill the humidifier every morning, and wash your headgear too, since it is easy to overlook. Check your equipment’s instructions for anything specific to your model.
