The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified by email or phone within seven days of the drawing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. By entering the raffle, you consent to the use of your personal information by InspiAIR Inc. for promotional purposes, and InspiAIR Inc. may use your picture and name on their digital media platforms if you are a selected winner. You also agree to release and hold harmless InspiAIR Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
