Service is good in person, but I have not once had them answer the phone when I call, and I can’t sit and wait for them to call back when im at work so I don’t leave a message. Im am not a fan of phone tag.
They did it ALL right. They picked up the phone after a couple of rings, instead of being kept on hold for ages by other vendors. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed. Finally their fitting fee was significantly less than their competitors.If you value service then this is the place to go to for your breathing equipment.
Amazing customer service!! I was originally using a trial from another place, got in touch with Northern Respiratory, I was on their list and fitted with a new mask and machine before the others place even bothered to rerun my call! I have changed out my mask 2 or 3 times now( I can’t remember) and all of that was covered in their services. They aim to make sure you are comfortable , so you are having your best sleep! Would recommend them hands down!
From my first phone call to book an initial appointment through all the follow-up calls and in person appointments, the staff has been friendly, informative and supportive. I 100% recommend Northern Respiratory.

We had been dealing with another facility and weren’t very happy and then heard of this office which is locally owned and wanted to support a local business. The office is always clean and welcoming. Excellent product knowledge & customer service. My therapist, Rochelle, worked through personal preferences & issues until everything worked, including trying various mask options which wasn’t easy since I have facial palsy. Such a pleasure to deal with Stacie Truman and her friendly staff. Instead of being abused by the staff at VitalAire with their failure to provide services that were promised and trying to avoid giving credit for overpriced products; Stacie took the time to thoroughly explain the CPAC machine with it's digital capabilities to gain full knowledge of my current status easily.
Visited Northern Respiratory after my CPAP machine stopped working and was able to replace the machine right away without delay. No long wait for an appointment. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Great experience.
Rachelle and Steve provide superior customer care. During these COVID times I was allowed to enter the store and obtain my new device. Rachelle was very thorough through the process which made me confident that I bought my device from the right place. Not only my new device will provide me information about my sleep but she will have access to make any changes by a phone call away. That is service! In addition, the store is well stocked with supplies at very great prices. This is one local place that I will continue to support for many years!
Excellent service. All staff are friendly and helpful. Rob was so much help to me after a bad experience at another provider. He explained everything and showed me how to fit the right mask & type of CPAP machine. Even with Covid restrictions they can demonstrate how to wear and clean all equipment. I was surprised that their prices were actually substantially lower than their competitor. Better service, better prices.. win/win!
I've never had a problem, they are good people and friendly. They were unable to reach my phone so they came to my door and brought the items I had requested couple of days earlier. I have no complaints about the Northern Respiratory Center
