They did it ALL right. They picked up the phone after a couple of rings, instead of being kept on hold for ages by other vendors. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed. Finally their fitting fee was significantly less than their competitors.If you value service then this is the place to go to for your breathing equipment.

Fantastic service! Right from my first enquiry the standard of service received from Stacie has been first class. If you are suffering from respiratory or sleep issues I would have no hesitation in recommending Northern Respiratory. You will NOT be disappointed. I have noticed a difference after just one night using my new CPAP - I slept longer than I have in years and with NO snoring!

Such a pleasure to deal with Stacie Truman and her friendly staff. Instead of being abused by the staff at VitalAire with their failure to provide services that were promised and trying to avoid giving credit for overpriced products; Stacie took the time to thoroughly explain the CPAC machine with it's digital capabilities to gain full knowledge of my current status easily.

Visited Northern Respiratory after my CPAP machine stopped working and was able to replace the machine right away without delay. No long wait for an appointment. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Great experience.
